How many significantly new economic ideas have been presented to the world in the last 50 years?  Communism has fallen.  Socialists have been elected in many European governments. And Capitalism's basic ideas are still virtually the same after more than 100 years, except for changes brought about by the Great Depression and F.D.R's New Deal.  Provisionalism is an entirely NEW economic system, based on cooperation, and combining the best features of Capitalism and Socialism, plus some completely NEW IDEAS.  Changing times usually DEMAND new and better ideas.  And certainly the world has changed dramatically in the past 50 years.
